Changing booking
A booking can be changed up to 48 hours before the start of the rental (on availability) in return for an alteration charge of EUR 20.00. Any payment already made towards the rental will not be refunded; nor shall any differential amount be refunded if this alteration leads to a lesser rental cost.
Cancellation
A booking can be cancelled before the rental begins. In the event of cancellation, the payment in advance already made towards the rental shall be paid back subject to a cancellation charge, which will be withheld and shall be in the amount of the rental charge ( including any extras and charges) for a maximum of 3 rental days. No-show
In the event that the booked vehicle is not collected or not collected at the agreed time the rental charge already paid shall be withheld in full.
In Turkey, the following rules apply for the minimum age and possession of a driver's licence:
21 years old/2 years for vehicles in group EDMR, CDMR, CLMR, CLAR
25 years old/3 years for vehicles in groups SDMR, SDAR, IDMR, IDAR
27 years old/5 years for vehicles in groups FDMR, FDAR
30 years old/5 years for vehicles in groups PDAR, LDAR.

Sixt CarExpress Servicecard is only accepted in combination with a valid Credit Card.

The renter must be the owner of the indicated creditcard. Theauthorised driver details and method of payment will be confirmed at reservation stage and cannot be amended. The confirmed credit card should be valid and available for presentation on collection ofthe vehicle. All extra costs that occur during the car rental will be charged to this credit card.
By booking of a prepaid rate, the credit card will be charged before the startof rental, directly with the estimated total amount of rental. The amount that will be charged on your credit card comprises the price of rental as well as all additional extra fees.
The rental charge(plus any other charges agreed such as, e.g. exemptions from liability, delivery charges, airport charges etc.) plus value added tax in the statutory amount applicable from time to time must, as a matter of principle, be paid in full for the agreed rental period, i.e. if the vehicle is collected late or returned early there shall be no refund.
An advance charge approval is obtained for the chosen means of payment as a security. The exact deposit is determined on collection since the amount is dependent on the vehicle.
To hire one of the following vehicles, customers must present two credit cards: LDAR.
Insurance coverage for the vehicle rented includes Third Party Liability with a maximum cover of EUR 140,000.- for personal injuries and EUR 5,000.- for material damages. (Maximum cover for personal injuries is EUR 28,000.- perinjured person per insured event).
Excluded from the insurance is the use of the vehicle for the transport of dangerous goods. All insurance cover as part of the rental contract will become void, in particular, if an unauthorized driver has used the vehicle or if the driver of the vehicle does not possess the required driver's licence at the time of the event giving rise to claim.
All rates include CDW.
The Customer is only responsible for the following amounts:
EDMR, CDMR, CLMR, CLAR, IDMR, IDAR, SDMR, SDAR, FDMR: 300.- EUR.
FDAR, PDAR: 500.- EUR.
LDAR: 1,000.- EUR.
Top Cover CDW (THW) removes the drivers Non-Waiverable Responsibility in case of damages in tires, windowscreens and headlights.
If Top Cover CDW (THW) is accepted, customer is only responsible for named damages for the following amounts: EUR 0.-
Theft Protection removes the drivers responsibility of the vehicle in case of theft.
If TP is not accepted, the customer will be held liable for the full value of the car.
If TP is accepted, the customer is only responsible for the following amounts:
EDMR, CDMR, CLMR, CLAR, IDMR, IDAR, SDMR, SDAR, FDMR: 300.- EUR.
FDAR, PDAR: 500.- EUR.
LDAR: 1,000.- EUR.
Tire and Glass Coverage provides cover against the consequences of damages on tires, windscreen, side windows and backwindow.
If TG is not accepted the customer will be held liable for the full value of damages on tires, windscreen, side windows and backwindow.
If TG is accepted, customer is only responsible for the following amounts: EUR 0.-.
Delivery/Collection Service within city limits is free of charge (except Meet&Greet-branches: EUR 30.00).
Outside city limits EUR 0.25 per additional km will be charged.
For Delivery/Collection Service a charge of EUR 25.00 applies.
An Out Of Hours surcharge of EUR 25.00 occurs for bookings out of opening hours.

For One-Way-Rentals within Turkey a charge of EUR 0.- up to 300.- applies.
International One-Way Rentals are not allowed.
Cross Border Rentals are not allowed.
In case of offence against Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions all insurances lose their validity.
A Premium location fee of EUR 11.80 occurs for rentals at airport and train stations per month or part thereof.

All vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel and should be refilled prior to return to Dinamikcar, otherwise our current refuelling charges will apply.
All rates are inclusive of VAT (if VAT incurs).
For corporate customers with individual agreements alternative prices and regulations can apply.
